When Buzz shows all of the toys that he "can fly," he bounces onto the ball and then onto the race track and passes through the loop with his wings out. If this was real, they would have gotten caught. Oops!
I have watched this scene over and over again. At first I agreed with you, but now I see that the loop is wider than it appears, stretched out a bit, just enough for Buzz's wings to fit through. Yes, it is ironic that it was set up exactly that wide, but this is a Pixar movie! What can I say? However, I think it would be terribly obvious if the wings actually did go through the track, the clipping would be highly unprofessional. I did a project on this movie, writing out practically the entire script. I watched each scene nearly 30 times, and did catch a lot of slip-ups, however I don't think this is one.

Hey, why don't you post the slip-ups you found, if you haven't already?

i agree with uselessness, this is not a slip up. Just like the light bulb one.

Yea, that one has always bothered me. The loop really isn't the right size, the wings seem to shrink a bit when he gets there, at least from the angle you see it at.

Even though its not real and a movie, its still SOMEWHAT of a slip up and no slip up really deserves any criticism.
