when chunk and sloth are coming down the sail, chunk has no hat on, but when he reaches the bottom, he automatically has a pirate hat on and has a knife.
Yeah... Its quite the slip up... but there's quite a good explanation. It was a dummy that went down the sail with Sloth. The real chunk was already waiting down there... they forgot to stick a hat on the dummy. Also check it out when Steph and Mouth are on the plank in the background... those are dummys too.
