Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - Chain
This slip-up is near the end of the movie when Indiana and the Nazi captain are on the tank fighting, then find the part where the Nazi captain throws a chain over Indy's neck. If you look closely or pause you will see that the chain is around is mouth but Indy pulls the chain down so that it is around his neck.

When hes hanging by the gun, it looks awfully like when Jar-Jar Binks is hanging from the battle droid in Star Wars. Thats probably because they have the same director.

Star Wars and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade are not directed by the same person. George Lucas directed Star Wars: Episode I, Steven Spielberg directed Indy.
