1) When Dr. Smith gets up from his 'death bed', as the scene fades out you can see Dr. Smith's bare legs.

2) In the final act as John rescues Penny, he carries her out in his arms but she jumps off before the end of the camera angle. However, next time it changes, she is still in his arms.
