I've watched this movie about a thousand times. That's the only reason I've noticed this. Romy and Michelle are lying on the bed and looking through the yearbook. Romy's hands are crossed at one time and immediately when the camera changes angles they are uncrossed. Not a big mess up by any means, but I noticed.
