It's been ages, so I don't remember exactly when it aired, except it was the first season, and I was training as an X-Ray Tech. There's a seen where an abdominal X-Ray is hung on the light panel, and it's _backwards_. Any 2nd week x-ray student knows the conventions for hanging a radiograph, as in "R goes on the left" as if the Dr. has X-ray vision, and is facing the patient. This one sticks in my head, but I know that others do slip through.
