This is in "The Ugliest Weenie Epilogue(Part 2)", during the ending song of the play. In the part with the diagonal overhead view of all the actors dancing and singing, look closely, and you will see Flem at the bottom left of the semi-circle, even though Mr. Fleur had earlier announced that Flem had caught the chicken pox and that he would not be able to act in the play.
