Near the end of the movie the "real" big momma falls on-top of the security guard. If you look when they get back up you can easily see that big momma's stomach is still a cloth suit.
Actually, that's the same person. They had to make her look different, so when the character that plays (Malcom) and the woman would look alike. So, they tried to make her look fatter and have more blonde like hair.
