It helps to have the DVD for this one as you may have to pause a few times to notice. Watch the scene when "T" and Sue are playing NHL Hockey for Sega Genesis. "T" is trying to show Mikey how to "make someone's head bleed for super-fan number 99 over here", and the score changes from 9 to 8 for the Blackhawks (T's team)...

Maybe it's why they put the instant replay in the game.
