There are two separate scenes in The Insider where Pacino's character hails a taxi in NYC. Several days (weeks?) pass between the two events. Yet, both times, Pacino gets into cab number 1T80.
Hey good eyes! I read your entry and then saw the movie a week later and you are right! I guess they only had one taxi on the set and didn't bother to change the number!
