In the scene when Clarence Over picks up the phone after being paged to pick up the "white courtessy phone" he grabs a non-white phone, a voice on the phone says, "No, the white one." and you clearly hear a loud laugh in the background.
I don't think that this was a Slip-Up. The person's voice (which by the way was over the loud speaker) was laughing at his mistake that he didn't pick up the white courtesy phone.
The laugh was from a member of the movie crew. She laughed at the line "No, the white phone" which was fed to Peter Graves. Peter Graves acknowledged this as a laugh that was not intentional and was not edited out.
