Deep Impact - Reversed Monitor?
Near the end of the movie, the family members of the Messiah crew talk to the crew immediately before they sacrifice their lives to destroy Biederman. The crewmember who was blinded by the sun talks to his family and blindly reaches for the camera with a single arm, resting his hand next to it. The 'live' shot of the Messiah and the monitor shot from Houston disagree - one shows him reaching with only his right hand, and the other shows him reaching only with his left. The only explanation for this would be an intentional reversal of the picture on the part of NASA, but why?

Who knows... but that wouldn't a slip-up then.

I finished watching the movie about a half hour ago, and I remember seeing this too. And...they sacrificed themselves to destroy the larger comet, called "Wolf", not "Beiderman".
