In the scene where Bagger tells Junuh about “The Field,” just before Junuh is about to strike the ball there is a shot of a sunset (or sunrise) on the horizon. It is supposed to be early afternoon. The next shot starts with a flock of birds flying across the tree tops and into the high afternoon sun. The sun is in two places at once.
