Right after the big regional game, the team starts celebrating in their own way. Bertier is driving down the street. He points at some guy on the street then guns the accelerator. Then he gets hit by the Truck. As Bertier's car slows to a stop...look at the driver in his car.
You can see the stunt man wearing a Racing Safety Helmet.
If you look real hard, you can pick out a stuntman in almost every movie. This one isn't any different. I put up a picture of the best view of the stuntman - and it's only for a split second. I thought they did a pretty good job of keeping him out of view.
