This is the movie about the Walker family who stole classified documentation and sold it to the Russians. At one point, Johnny Walker (Powers Booth) decides to leave home and his little son comes running out crying. Johnny said, "I'm going to give you my personal number and don't let the bit*hes get you down". Then he proceeded to roll of 555-00000 (5 digits). He made the kid repeat it and he did the appropriate 4 digits.
