Goldeneye - Of Course, a Proper Englishman Must Comb His Hair Down As Soon As It Gets Mussed
When Bond is talking to the rather fat guy with the limp (what's his name?), watch for the part where the man says "Then, I shall extend you the same courtesy" and tries to shoot Bond in the knees. The camera rapidly pans to Bond's face. You can see that his hair is obviously mussed up in front, it's really sticking out big time. (NOTE: From looking at his face in that scene now, I think it may be a stunt double.) The next time it shows Bond (about 5 sec. later), HIS HAIR IS PERFECT!

The guy's name is Valentin Zukofsky or something like that... I don't know how to spell his last name, but it is pronounced zu-koff-skee.

That's because time has elapsed between those two shots. Not a whole lot, but enough.

His name is actually Valentin Zukovsky, he is played by Robbie Coltrane, the same guy appears in a previous Bond film, I reckon it is Living Daylights. He also plays Hagrid in Harry Potter. but the producers should be more careful.

This is definitely not a slip-up at all - time obviously elapsed between the two shots, which is plenty for Bond to pull out a comb and run it through his hair.
