When Nina has just found out that she is pregnant Nina and George get in the car and are driving home. Annie starts talking to George and looks over at him ,he's in the car,and in the next shot is her again then she looks back at him and he's gone!
In the movie, Annie and George are not in the car together except the part where she is on the way to have the baby. I think you mean Nina and George, because George is not with Annie when she finds out that she is pregnant. It doesnt ever show Annie finding out; it just shows her telling her parents.

Anyways, I just watched the movie last night, and I saw the scene your talking about, but you have to look a little more closely, because you will notice that with the angle of the camera, it shows Nina and then the back seat, not the front seat where George is STILL sitting.
