Scenes are ALWAYS shot out of order! In fact, if you shoot them in order, you're considered stupid by other people in the business. This is because its' expensive to rebuild a set, so they shoot every scene they need on that set together.
Yes, but regardless, it's still a slip-up. It's just the kind of slip-up that happens fairly frequently due to the necessity of shooting out-of-order scenes all at once.
