On the cover, we seen Lt. Robin Lefler (her eyes are a bit bigger than the actress who played her, Ashley Judd, but it's her), and on her collar, there are three pips, indicating she is a commander. But she really is a lieutenant, so she should have two gold pips.

Also, I don't think she's wearing the right color of uniform. She's at ops, so she should be in yellow. Red is for command and navigation, blue for science and medical, yellow for engineering, security, and ops.
