At the end of this movie, Steven visits a graveyard and he is in a Navy uniform. But it is the uniform of a Lieutenant. In the first movie we found out he was a Navy Seal and a Chief Petty Officer. No Chief Petty Officer I have ever met would swap into the officer ranks. Too much of a dishonor for them.
