When Ethan is in the restaurant with the aquarium back wall. The tanks are filled with large fish swimming around. When the exploding gum takes out the aquarium, you only see one or two really bad looking plastic fish on the ground.
Good point, but notice that the fish come and go. You'll notice this when there are close ups of "Kitrich and Ethan" sitting there. What I'd like to know is, where did the extra water come from? You'll notice this when ethan starts to run out the window, the water comes from above. I just saw this part and thought I'd add my 2 cents.

also, could it happen to be that other fish were on the ground IN the resturaunt? Not all of them could have gotten outside to the exact spot where Hunt was standing.
Sci-Fier, that's exactly what couldn't have happened. The explosion put pressure on the tank, pushing the water, glass, and plastic fish out towards the street. A few lone fish would not have gone against the apparently massive force of the explosion to end up on Ethan's lap. But who cares about physics?
