Watch the part where Sonya fights Mileena. When they are in the mud, Sonya's face and shirt get full of mud, but straight after, her face and shirt look clean.
I'm watching this movie as I speak and her shirt is anything but dirty. Face was kinda dirty but not enough to be taken for a mud fight.

I know the scene, but she does say afterwards, "I gotta find a river", which is probably their way of showing how she got cleaned up.

Yeah, Sonya says "I've gotta find a river". Okay. Still, you can't wash your clothes that clean in a river with no soap or anything. Not to mention her hairstyle!
