In the episode "A Likely Story" Fraser and Ray have been camping out in the park before they meet Fraser's Pretzael vendor friend, Mr Tucci. If you watch the left side of the screen as Mr Tucci is turning around to wheel away his cart you can clearly see a hand reach into frame and snatch a pretzel from the cart, no one seems to have noticed this, and the hand looks very guilty.
