When Daniel is running from the Cobra Kai after the Halloween dance, they catch up to him and drag him down from a fence. If you watch very closely, you will see that both Johnny and Dutch grab him, then a split second later they pan to a wide shot. Dutch is not there yet, and only Johnny has ahold of him. Then Dutch comes and you see what was in the original close shot. Kind of trivial, but the slip up is there.
