The slip-up is apparent in the scene after where Mulder enters the OPR conference room to be de-briefed (the first time) just prior to the bombing of the federal building in Texas. Scully comes out of the meeting (having gone first by herself) and they have a conversation about her leaving the bureau. Mulder turns to leave but Scully notices his jacket and calls him back. Watch as Scully steps out to grab his jacket: The tattoo on Gillian's right inner ankle is clearly visible. The flesh-patch that Gillian normally wears over the tattoo when playing Scully was apparently forgotten during this scene. This slip-up is evident in both the video and the DVD, though I first noticed it on the latter.
