After Gwyneth Paltrow catches her husband cheating, she goes to a bar to sulk later that night. ( I don't know exactly at what point in the movie) While she is sitting at the bar, she is smoking a cigarette. The camera leaves Gwyneth and her cigarette, when it returns she is holding the cigarette near the ash tray but the burning part is closer to her and the part you put in your mouth is near the ash tray.
