When Stone Cold hit The Rock in the head outside of the ring, The Rock was lying on the floor bleeding. While that was happening, he is shown placing a razor on the white towel that was next to him with his right hand. You can notice it by seeing something that is all of the sudden silver on it. (The Zoom feature on your dvd player comes in handy.) As the camera switches to them fighting again, the referee is shown bending down and off camera, the referee picks up the razor. Once the referee was back on camera, he is shown stuffing something in his pocket which is the razor!
