In the scene where Ness is getting bribed by one of Capone's men, keep your eye on the yellow envelope containing the bribe. At one point Ness gets so angry at the guy that he throws the bribe at him and the envelope falls to the ground but then when Ness shows the guy to the door he picks the bribe up off the table to hand it to him. I guess the envelope magically moved itself.
Actually, I think what happened was that Ness threw the envelope and it bounced off the alderman's face and landed back on the desk. You never actually see it hit the ground, though that is a possibility.
