You know when Cindy is being chased by the killer and he is caught up in the door look on the Door and the Police lights are already on do you see the red lights.When the police come you see the same lights on Cindy's door.Weird Huh ?
if you look at the beginning of the movie (when they are doin the pg-13 scene) she has a fluorescent (dont know how to spell) sign that says "open"... maybe that is the red light at first... once the police get there then it becomes a flashing red light... i dunno if thats what it is but its a possibility!
