In the scene when Johnny and Baby are in his cabin, he takes off her top over her head. He pulls it up and off, but in the next scene it is still tucked into her trousers!!!
Actually, if you look again I'm sure that Johnny is still holding onto the shirt as he has his arms around her and then he throws it away. I haven't seen it in a while but I am sure that is what happened
