In Shamrock's match, they were doing a storyline involving his sister too. At one point they go outside the ring and you can actually hear Ken say to his sister "Slap me" just before she gives him a stinger of a right hand across the face.

Bit of a boo-boo there. Also if you listen carefully to some matches, when the cameraman is on the ring apron you can hear the wrestlers call spots to each other. I've heard HHH say "high knee" to Kurt Angle as he bounces him off the ropes and whadd'ya know Kurt comes back and is nailed with HHH's jumping knee.
