In one ep at the opening you see a a close up of Shirley Jones' shoes and her face in the background. She removes one shoe by putting the other shoe on the back of the first shoe and pressing down. when the shoe comes off you see her big toe sticking out of her hosiery Shirley Jones looking seemingly found this amusing and starts laughing.
