In First Blood, there is a scene in which Sly Stallone (character name John Rambo) is setting up ammo, etc to blow up a fuel station. During that scene, Sly goes into a cupboard and extracts several cans (of fuel?)....but when he gets up, he fumbles one of the cans behind his back. You don't actually see him drop it on film, but you certainly see and hear him fumble it!
