In the scene where Magneto enters the train car and magnetically levitates Wolverine, look closely at the base of his claws. When Magneto starts to really spread him apart, you can see screws at the base of each claw.
Yes they are screws at the end of his claws, they were probably put there so he could take them off and sharpen them. I DONT KNOW! but it's not a slip up.
What do you mean, take them off and sharpen them? If you notice earlier on in the movie when Jean Grey shows the professor the X-rays of Logan, it clearly shows that there are spots for the claws to be retracted. If Logan could take off, I'm sure he would instead of letting them slide back into his hands. (Earlier on in the movie, after Rouge asks if it hurts when they come out, he said "Every time." I'm sure he wouldn't go through the pain everytime if he could take them off.
The screws are probably there to keep them on his hands. Think about this people! HE IS NOT REALLY WOLVERINE, he is Hugh Jackman, an actor! he doesn't have Adamantium coating his bones!
sure, he is an actor. but for the purposes of this movie, you shouldnt be able to see anything that is unrealistic with the movie. the wolverine in the comic doesn't "screw" is claws on. they come out of his hands. so this is a slipup.
I can't believe nobody [even me] has realized this yet... Magneto is pulling his claws out as far as they'll go to hurt Wolverine. Far enough to come to the screws for the claws. Wolverine is obviously in pain from this. DURRR!!!!
