Look at the title screen at the beginning of this episode. The book should say Know It All Ed, but flip the upside down Ed right side up and it says Know It All De.
There are two ways you can flip something upside down, rotate it 180 degrees, which flips it horizontally as well, or actually giving the impression of turning it vertically so you are looking at the other side of it, which doesn't flip it horizontally. You simply flipped it the way they didn't.
