In the flashback in the desert where Jen has been chasing Lo, they stop at a dried up creek, then Lo takes out a water jug and drinks it. The he throws it to Jen, she drinks some, throws it back to him, and attacks him. Then water jug just disappears when they roll down the hill.
The water jug could have been buried under sand that was kicked up by Jen and Lo as they were fighting, or the water jug could have just been out of the shot angle.
