According to the guys who did the commentary on the Goldeneye DVD, the tank that Bond drives through a wall in St Petersburg while chasing General Ouramov and Natalyia, would not have been able to blast through the wall as it did with a small run up. Apparently it needed about a mile run up.
Now we have to assume that the tank would only have a small run up but if you watch the scene previous with Bond outside and he looks at the tank, there doesn't seem like there's a long road for a run up there.
I'm not taking credit for finding it though since the guys who did it freely admit this misjudgment by 007.
