During the scene at the massage parlor, the Angels download the palm pilot. You see "Uploading" on the screen of the Handspring (using Palm operating system) and "Downloading" on the screen of the Windows CE device. These two devices are not exactly compatible. Later in the movie, at the drive-in, the Angels are viewing the Handspring device when they had downloaded to the Windows device.
