Superman II - Under My Cape
In the climactic fight scene on the streets on Metropolis (Superman vs. the 3 Kryptonian villains), when the female villain throws the manhole cover at Superman and he gets thrown, you can CLEARLY see the cable harness protruding from under his cape in the back.
