When Forest gets his discharge papers from the army, the basketball court he is standing on has a 3 point line. 3 point lines won't be around for years to come!!!
It might be possible. The three point line was first revealed in 1967 when the ABA was formed. Depending on when Forrest received his discharge, it might have existed at the time.
