Kinda weird: look when Miss Tessmacher and Lex watch the bit with Lara (Superman's mother) at the Fortress of Solitude. They're looking upwards in the close shots, but in the long shots you can see her hologram image is at eye-level.
You can tell some people are into smallville.Lana(not Lara) is Supermans mum in the crappy tv series.

Actually you got that backwards. Lara is his mother, Lana is the girl he went to school with, and she's not just from the show. Pick up one of the comic books some time.
