When Superman takes Lois flying at the end, bringing her back from the Fortress of Solitude after defeating the villains, Lois is wearing the blue outfit she wore during the flying sequence in the first movie (since they "borrowed" that footage), rather then the clothing she was wearing during the Fortress of Solitude scenes.
