When Hallie arrives to London, they show places from London, watch the drivers side, it supposed to be on the right side, as in England; but some times, specially when they arrived home, you'll see it as in U.S.A. on the left side
In the part where Jesse and Martin are in that really small room, they spin around each other and if you watch Martin's face- Jesse's head knocks into his mouth and he mouths the word "ow".

Also, pay attention to all the "sights" they drive by. If you've ever been to London, you know that they are in different places all over the city, and if they were going to one place (the house) there is no way they would drive past all of them.

When Hallie and Annie are on the hiking trip with their father and his girlfriend..When they are taking a break on the rocks. Hallie makes a comment and has the English talk,when she's supposed to be talking like in an English voice.
