During the seen when Penguin goes to the cemetery. Watch as he is walking towards the graves his left side/clothing rubs against a gravestone and you see it bend backwards!
This one done intentionally by Burton as an indication of his fondness to Ed Wood, apparently Ed Wood did something in a movie where a headstone moved when touched and Burton was just recreating that.
The homage to Ed Wood is Plan 9 From Outer Space. Often touted as the "worst movie of all time". Personally, I think it's great. Lots of crazy bloopers in that movie. Watch it, then watch "Ed Wood" with Johnny Depp. Lots of fun. :)
