In "Marvin in Outer Space" episode, when the boys go back to Marklark a second time, Kenny is with them. But Kenny is in carbon (a la Han Solo) in Sally Struthers spaceship.

OK, first of all, Kenny coming back in every episode is NOT a slip-up! A slip-up is something that happens that wasn't supposed to, Kenny returning in the following episodes is on purpose! Learn the difference.

You missed my point. Kenny is not supposed to be in the spaceship. I think they duplicated the part where the boys first go to Marklark.
