Star Wars Episode 6: Return of the Jedi - Invisible Speeders
You can actually see through the speeder bikes and their pilots, and see the forest scene behind them. This is very similar to the snow speeder slip-ups from Star Wars Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back. This is best seen during the scene where Luke jumps from Leia's speeder to an Imperial speeder. It is also quite noticeable during the shots leading up to that when we have a high rear view of the back of the speeder bikes.

How is this a slipup? They didn't have the computer technology then to do proper imaging in scenes like this, so they had to use black screen matting as best as they could, which sometimes meant they had to print the matting at less than it's full opacity, which lead to the images looking partly transparent.

It sure as H-E-double-light-sabers IS a slip-up. The film-makers were capable - through proper diligence - of producing the desired effect, and they fell short.
