In the scene when Arnie pulls up the car and demands that Tom gives him the page with his wife's phone-tap on it, she smashes the window of the car with his fist shouting "Give me the God damn page!"

Now, not many people know this but Arnie ended up smashing the wrong window. The window he was supposed to smash had toffee glass which should have broken in shards. However he rammed his fist through the thick glass which realistically broke into tiny pieces.

This is only evident by Tom Arnold's surprised look on his face.

I only know about this because I can remember hearing about it on an interview with Tom Arnold. Apparently filming was postponed for a short while because Arnie had hurt his hand rather badly and needed some time for it to heal.
