In the beginning of the film at Eva's funeral watch her lower stomach very carefully! You can clearly see her breathing. This is very hard to spot and I suggest a big screen TV while viewing.
I agree with Hobs. What's a movie maker to do? Actors are only human! Madonna's breath control during those scenes is admirable, I think. There's no way to breath without even the tiniest movement of the chest.
