On the episode where Buffy face Dracula, at the end she's talking with Giles about going back to train, she's wearing jeans and has a chain on her waist. Keep your eye on the chain, while she's moving around you'll see a shot where she is not wearing the chain, and the next shot she's wearing it again. It's pretty easy to spot it.
