When the little boy gets his head ran over by the car, if you pause it just at the right time (a nanosecond before it goes squish) you can see that it is actually a melon with a smiley face wearing a wig that gets ran over. When the guy gets his head crushed by the weights, you hear him screaming, but his face doesn't go with the screams at all.
